Whole Smoked Brisket

A whole prime brisket, five to six pounds, seasoned with our beef rub and smoked until the bark is right. The same brisket we slice at the counter in Arlington, packed whole so you can slice it at the table or serve it as it comes.

• 5 to 6 lb, serves 10 to 12
• Seasoned with the Hurtado beef blend: brown sugar, black pepper, kosher salt, chili powder, garlic
• Ships cold with ice packs
• Refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months
